Nina Hamnett; Edward Booth-Clibborn (intr.) | Laughing Torso | Virago | 1984 | 860686507 At first glance, a very good copy with a little wear to the outer edge of the cover, but there is really unsightly discoloration to the lower edge of the first few pages & the lower margins of all the plates in the central section of the book. None of these pages are crinkled or otherwise damaged, & I am not sure what has triggered this reaction in the paper. Despite this fault, the book remains a good reading copy. | £20

Copyright page date ’10 novembre 2001′. This is ‘Tokyobook 2’. DUAL LANGUAGE ENGLISH & FRENCH TEXT. Arranged like an old Ace double sf pb, one way up in English, flip the book over and the other way up it’s in French! Paperback with continental style flaps. White unlaminated card cover has small stain on English front cover and a couple of specks and grubby line on the fold of the French front. V faint pink mark at top of spine. Spine uncreased and few signs of handling – in fact it doesn’t look like it has been read in either language. Ready to post in UK. | £22
